You are warmly invited to attend our Year 11 Parents & Carers Evening in Neuadd Y De on Thursday 28 November between 3.45 and 6.00pm; please enter via Reception.
Your child’s latest predicted grades will be given to you during the evening; these will provide an insight into their progress and current attainment and give you an opportunity to discuss their progress with the members of staff who teach them. Attending this evening will also give you and your child a better chance to work together with the school to ensure they are on track to achieve their potential in GCSE and other examination courses. In addition to school staff, a representative from Careers Wales will be present to answer any questions you may have. You will also have another opportunity to discuss sixth form options with Cantonian staff.
There is no need to make appointments, but it is crucial that you attend this evening to support the school and to help your child. Please note, the school will close at 6.00pm so all meetings will end at this time.
In order to help us organise the evening, please confirm whether you will be attending by emailing the school at contact@cantonian.org (remembering to include your child’s name).
The main car park is not open for parents and carers, so when parking in the community, please do so safely and in appropriate areas, not on any ‘zig-zags’ or yellow lines, or overlapping driveways.
We look forward to seeing you on 28 November.
